The Hunter activity reports are now available for outfitters to submit. You will sign in to your outfitter e-licensing page to complete the activity reports. You’ll need the following information for each hunter. Who guided them, what GHA(s) they hunted, how many days hunted, how many bears they saw, whether they successfully harvested or not, the sex of the bear, date of harvest, rifle/muzzleloader/bow and whether they harvested a wolf or coyote.

You do not need to hit the “Start Declaration” button yet if you have more hunts happening prior to March 31st, 2026. That is the deadline to submit your official outfitter declaration form (ODF).
